Built by a physician who treats the hard stuff

ROAR was founded by Edward Ratush, MD — a board-certified psychiatrist and addiction medicine physician who has spent his career in the parts of medicine where evidence is the difference between recovery and relapse. That background shapes everything here: the grading system, the screening built into every intake, and the refusal to sell what the data doesn’t support.

The premise

Men’s health went direct-to-consumer, and mostly got shallower: questionnaire funnels, subscription refills, wellness menus written by marketing teams. ROAR keeps the convenience — async visits, shipped medications, transparent pricing — and restores the medicine: real workups, physician review, monitoring that actually happens, and an evidence grade on everything.

The clinic

ROAR shares a clinical facility with PURR, our partner women’s health practice led by Dr. Erica Gomez, whose procedural expertise powers ROAR’s in-clinic menu — laser treatments and PRP performed on established medical platforms.

Knowing our lane

ROAR’s mental wellness program is deliberately focused: first-line support for stress, mood, sleep, and focus. When an intake shows someone needs more, our founder’s specialty practice network means the handoff is direct, warm, and immediate — not a dead-end referral list.
